Catenaa, Saturday, September 12, 2026- Crypto derivatives platform Margex opened its affiliate program to marketers and content creators Monday, expanding a system previously limited to invited partners.

Participants receive a share of trading fees generated by users who register through their referral links and complete the platform’s verification requirements.

The base commission rate is 40%. Margex said the share automatically increases to 50% when referred users generate at least $5 million in monthly trading volume.

Margex also reported median earnings of $250 for every $1 million in referred trading volume. The company calls the measurement Earnings Per Million, or EPM.

The figure represents a reported median across participating partners. It is not a guaranteed payment because earnings depend on trading fees, activity and customer retention.

Margex said commissions are calculated daily and credited in cryptocurrency without a minimum withdrawal requirement.

Its affiliate terms state that payments are made in the cryptocurrency used as margin for each qualifying transaction.

Positions held for less than 180 seconds do not generate affiliate commissions. The same restriction applies to short-duration positions placed through the platform’s copy-trading service.

Margex retains the right to reject partners, close accounts or cancel commissions linked to prohibited conduct, poor-quality traffic or suspected abuse.

The platform’s main terms also restrict customers from several jurisdictions, including the United States, Canada, Hong Kong and Seychelles. Affiliates remain responsible for following local advertising and financial-marketing rules.

Margex was established in 2019 and offers leveraged cryptocurrency products and copy trading. The company markets its services to retail traders outside restricted jurisdictions.

The public program reflects growing competition among crypto platforms for customers as exchanges shift marketing spending toward creators, community managers and referral-based promotions.
