Catenaa is committed to accurate reporting. When we get something wrong, we correct it promptly and openly. This policy explains how we handle errors and how readers can report them.
Reporting an Error
If you believe something we published is inaccurate, email corrections@catenaa.com with:
- The article headline or link
- The specific statement you believe is wrong
- Any supporting evidence or source
Every report is reviewed by an editor. We may contact you for more information.
How We Review Reports
An editor checks the report against the original sources, data and reporting notes. If the claim is confirmed, we correct the article. If the published information is accurate, the article stays as it is.
Corrections are decided by the editorial team only. Advertisers, sponsors, partners and article subjects cannot require a correction or change unless an error is verified.
Types of Changes
Correction
Used when we published a factual error, such as a wrong figure, date, name, title, quote or attribution. The error is fixed and a correction note is added to the article.
Clarification
Used when the information was accurate but unclear or open to misreading. The wording is improved and a clarification note is added.
Update
Used when a story develops after publication, such as new information, a company response or a regulatory decision. The article is updated and marked with an update timestamp. Updates are not corrections.
Minor edits
Spelling, grammar and formatting fixes that do not change the meaning of the article are made without a note.
How Corrections Appear
- Correction and clarification notes appear at the bottom of the article, stating what was changed and when.
- If the error affected the main point of the article or its headline, the note appears at the top.
- Every correction or update is timestamped.
- We do not silently change facts in published articles.
Example note:
“Correction (21 September 2026): An earlier version of this article stated the funding round was $50 million. The correct figure is $15 million.”
Market and Price Data
Crypto and stock prices move constantly. Figures in our articles reflect the time of writing unless stated otherwise. A later price change is not an error. An incorrect figure at the time of publication is, and will be corrected.

Content labelled “Sponsored”, “Partner Content” or “Press Release” is supplied by third parties and is not produced by our newsroom. Errors in this content should be reported to corrections@catenaa.com. We will contact the issuer and may add a note, amend or remove the content.
