Catenaa, Thursday, September 17, 2026- Crypto exchange Bybit has opened a user-feedback program for its newly launched Bybit AI assistant, offering rewards to customers who test the service and submit detailed evaluations of their experience.
The program runs through October 9 and asks users to register, interact with Bybit AI and explain what they asked, how the assistant responded and what could be improved.
Bybit said up to 500 participants will receive 50 USDT each based on the specificity and authenticity of their feedback.
The exchange is also running a separate educational challenge through September 20 under its Bybit Quests program.
Participants can explore educational material about Bybit AI and complete a quiz, with the top 40 scorers eligible to receive 25 USDT each in bonus rewards.
The feedback campaign comes only days after Bybit formally launched Bybit AI on September 9.
The assistant is integrated directly into the Bybit app and is designed to allow users to interact with exchange services through natural-language conversations rather than navigating multiple menus.
Bybit said the system can answer general account questions, provide customer-service assistance and help users confirm trading actions.
It currently supports queries involving Bybit Card spending, VIP benefits, account settings, notification preferences, funding rates and Bybit TradFi listings.
The company said the assistant is available around the clock and is intended to reduce the need for users to wait for support agents when handling routine questions.
Bybit said the latest campaign is intended to collect real-world feedback that can be used to improve the assistant as more users begin interacting with it.
The exchange is asking participants not only to rate the product but also to describe specific conversations and identify areas where answers, navigation or functionality could be improved.
That approach gives Bybit a larger pool of user interactions as it tests how effectively a conversational AI layer can handle account and market-related requests inside a trading platform.
The launch forms part of a wider push by Bybit to embed artificial intelligence more deeply into its customer experience.
The exchange has positioned Bybit AI as a conversational interface connecting users with trading, payments, account management and market information through a single interaction layer.
Bybit said future refinements will be guided partly by user input collected through the feedback program.
The company describes itself as serving more than 80 million users globally and offering trading, payments, investment and wealth-management services through its platform.
The latest initiative suggests Bybit is moving quickly from product launch to user testing, using incentives to gather detailed feedback during the early stages of deployment.
The effectiveness of that strategy will depend on whether the assistant can handle increasingly complex requests while maintaining accuracy across account, market and product-related questions.
For Bybit, the next phase of the rollout is less about introducing the technology and more about determining how well users actually find it works.
