Catenaa, Tuesday, December 02, 2025-Supra has opened applications for its MultiVM Testnet, enabling developers to build smart contracts across multiple virtual machines, including EVM and MoveVM, with SolanaVM support planned for early 2026.
The initiative aims to break ecosystem silos and offer scalable, high-performance infrastructure for decentralized applications.
Supra’s MultiVM environment allows Solidity and Move developers to deploy contracts on a unified, parallelized execution layer with native services such as over 600 Oracle feeds, cross-chain messaging, deterministic verifiable randomness (dVRF), and event-driven automation.
The network’s native SupraEVM integrates SupraBTM, a hybrid parallel execution engine delivering lower latency and higher throughput than existing EVM chains without modifying Solidity contracts.
SupraBTM has been independently benchmarked as the fastest parallel EVM executor, and a $1 million bounty challenges teams to outperform it by 15% or more.
The testnet launch coincides with a $250,000 EVM grant program supporting up to 10 development teams, providing milestone-based funding, engineering guidance, and access to Supra’s developer stack, including RPC infrastructure, Hardhat and Foundry compatibility, and composable automation.
Selected projects will test MultiVM under simulated mainnet conditions and prepare for mainnet deployment in early 2026.
Supra’s Co-Founders emphasized that MultiVM allows developers to innovate without compromise, bridging technical silos while retaining verifiable security and performance.
The initiative reflects Supra’s broader goal of universal Web3 composability, enabling cross-chain deployment and integration for high-performance dApps.
Developers interested in early access and grant applications can apply through Supra’s official portal.
