Catenaa, Tuesday, April 14, 2026-Ika is launching on Solana to enable Bridgeless Capital Markets, allowing assets from any blockchain to be held, traded, and used financially on Solana without relying on bridges. The platform introduces decentralized programmable multi-chain wallets, or dWallets, which give users and Solana programs control over assets across networks without trusted intermediaries.

Solana, the world’s most-used blockchain and leading developer ecosystem, has become a hub for Internet Capital Markets. Historically, non-native assets reached Solana through bridges, creating liquidity fragmentation, synthetic wrappers, and reliance on custodians. Ika replaces this model, allowing Bitcoin, real-world assets, stablecoins, and other tokens to integrate natively into Solana’s execution environment. Capital from multiple ecosystems can now flow directly into trading venues, lending protocols, treasury systems, and other financial applications without intermediary risk.

At the core of Ika is the dWallet primitive. Each dWallet is a programmable, transferable multi-chain account capable of controlling addresses on any network. Signing authority is coordinated through Ika’s 2PC-MPC protocol, ensuring decentralized, zero-trust execution.

This allows Solana programs to enforce policies and logic across chains, enabling decentralized versions of platforms like Fireblocks, Privy, or Binance. Applications can trade, collateralize, and manage assets from any network, while AI agents can interact with assets under constrained, decentralized governance without ever holding raw private keys.

Bridgeless Capital Markets open new opportunities for Solana builders. DEXs can support cross-chain assets natively, lending platforms can accept multi-chain collateral, and multisig wallets can manage global digital assets—all orchestrated from Solana. The model removes capital fragmentation and creates a unified environment for multi-chain financial activity, positioning Solana as a definitive hub for global digital assets.

Ika is designed for production use and will launch on Solana devnet in early Q2, followed by a mainnet release later this year. The platform provides developers with a new building block for multi-chain trading, custody, payments, and automated financial applications.
