Catenaa, Monday, April 13, 2026- Human API, a platform enabling AI agents to coordinate directly with humans, has launched a mobile app for iOS and Android. The app allows users to complete tasks assigned by AI agents and receive payments, creating a streamlined entry point into the agent-driven economy.

The initial assignments focus on audio tasks, including conversational prompts and scripted dialogue. Participants can respond naturally or read provided scripts, helping AI labs collect speech data that captures real-world accents, intonation, and linguistic nuances. Completed tasks are reviewed, and approved work is paid directly through integrated payment rails.

The mobile app connects to Human API’s platform, which acts as an agent-native coordination layer, enabling AI systems to request human input for tasks that require language subtlety or real-world interaction.

Contributors create accounts, browse available assignments, accept tasks, and submit work through the app. The system provides high-quality human-generated data essential for training AI models, which cannot be easily replicated synthetically.

Human API CEO Sydney Huang highlighted that the platform allows individuals worldwide to monetize skills unique to humans while supporting AI systems with nuanced data. By lowering participation barriers, the mobile app allows contributors to generate speech samples in natural environments, reflecting real-world diversity.

Future expansions of the platform are expected to include computer-usage data and real-world execution tasks, broadening the marketplace for human contributions that remain challenging for AI to automate.

Human API has raised $65 million from investors including Placeholder, Hack, Polychain, DBA, and Delphi Ventures. The launch of the mobile app represents a significant step in building a global network where AI agents and human contributors collaborate, combining real-world human insight with AI-driven task allocation.
