Digital Chamber Launches State Network to Boost Pro-Crypto Influence

Catenaa, Wednesday, November 19, 2025- The Digital Chamber announced a new State Network aimed at promoting digital asset policies in state and local governments ahead of the 2026 midterm elections.

The initiative seeks to expand the crypto advocacy group’s influence beyond federal legislation by supporting pro-crypto candidates at every level, from Congress to local school boards. CEO Cody Carbone said the effort addresses the lack of a unified state-level voice on digital assets, while building on the group’s federal reputation.

Education will be a core focus of the network, with resources and guidance provided to lawmakers navigating digital asset regulation. The Digital Chamber will partner with nonpartisan nonprofit Future Caucus to aid young legislators in understanding blockchain technology and its implications for their communities.

A new grants pilot program will debut in 2026 to support university blockchain clubs, community innovation organizations, and state blockchain associations. Anastasia Dellaccio, executive director of state and regional affairs, said the program will help emerging groups educate policymakers on principled digital asset policy.

The launch comes as the crypto industry prepares for the 2026 elections, following significant spending in 2024 that influenced key races. PAC Fairshake, for example, has amassed $141 million ahead of the midterms.

Carbone emphasized the network’s goal to elect as many pro-crypto candidates as possible at both the state and federal levels.
