Catenaa, Monday, March 02, 2026- UK Financial Ltd announced the launch of its Maya Meme’s digital asset framework, introducing VENUS Coin, a new token designed to integrate cultural branding with regulated blockchain infrastructure.
The initiative builds on the company’s existing MayaCat project, which operates under the ERC-3643 token standard and is supported by real-world assets including gold through the Maya Preferred PRA Preferred Class Regulated Security Token (SMPRA).
VENUS Coin, inspired by the company’s canine mascot, Venus, is recorded on-chain as a branded digital identity asset.
UK Financial Ltd stated the token is expected to list on CATEX Exchange, pending compliance approval and exchange requirements.
The company plans to provide additional details on availability, access, and participation through official channels.
The rollout also includes upcoming on-chain deposits for the MayaCat (SMCAT) and SMPRA tokens, which will follow technical integration, exchange wallet coordination, and third-party verification procedures.
The company emphasized that the initiative aligns with its goal of combining regulated digital asset frameworks with brand identity and provenance concepts on-chain.
UK Financial Ltd will also release outcomes from its January 31, 2026 Governance Meeting, which addressed the strategic direction of the Maya Meme’s ecosystem.
