Hashed, ShardLab Conclude Global Protocol Camp

Hashed and ShardLab wrap Protocol Camp

Catenaa, Sunday, January 25, 2026- Web3 venture firm Hashed and R&D partner ShardLab concluded Protocol Camp, a selective global builder program, with a final demo day showcasing AI and DeFi projects.

The program, which selects roughly 20 participants worldwide, provides mentorship and training across blockchain protocols.

Teams worked in either a Web3 General Track or the SMBC Nikko Track (focused on DeFi and AI) and presented their projects to investors and industry partners.

The Web3 General Track winner, GenRank, developed a “Gen AI Context Scoreboard” to visualize how enterprises and brands appear across generative AI search and response systems.

The SMBC Nikko Track winner, Daiko, introduced the “Vibe Trading App,” an AI-powered tool delivering personalized trading signals based on portfolios, memecoin trends, and macro events.

Judges assessed teams on problem insight, solution differentiation, market potential, product completeness, traction, and pitch quality.

Partners supporting the final day included SMBC Nikko Securities, Bitkub, and contributors from global Web3 projects.

Hashed CEO Simon Seojoon Kim emphasized that the camp focuses on problem definition and execution beyond coding skills, fostering community-driven protocol development.

ShardLab CEO Hojin Kim added that the program demonstrates that founder capabilities and technical skills developed during the camp remain competitive on a global stage, with a focus on AI and “vibe coding.”

Protocol Camp aims to provide specialized education and founder incubation to accelerate AI and Web3 solutions while creating tangible market value.
