BitMine lifts ETH holdings to $13.2B

Catenaa, Wednesday, December 10, 2025-BitMine Immersion Technologies reported $13.2 billion in crypto, cash and other assets as its pace of Ethereum accumulation jumped in early December.

The company disclosed the figures in an 8 K filing released Monday.

As of December 7, BitMine held 3,864,951 ETH along with 193 bitcoins, $1 billion in cash and a $36 million stake in Eightco Holding. Eightco focuses on collecting Worldcoin’s WLD token through a treasury program launched in September.

The filing showed BitMine bought 138,452 ETH during the past week, worth about $430 million at current prices.

The weekly total nearly doubled the rate seen in November, when it added around 80,000 ETH per week. BitMine now controls more than 3.2 percent of the current ETH supply. The company has stated a target of reaching 5 percent.

BitMine leadership said market conditions improved after a liquidation event in October. The company pointed to macro changes and Ethereum’s recent Fusaka upgrade as factors behind its stronger outlook for early 2026.

A separate filing included comments from a December 4 keynote in Dubai that predicted heavier institutional interest in tokenization next year.

BitMine said demand could rise as financial firms study blockchain based settlement for large pools of assets.

BitMine stock, listed as BMNR, traded near $34.50 on Monday morning. It gained 1.5 percent on the day but remained down more than 16 percent over the past month.
