Keio ChainHack 2026 Launches with Taisu

Keio ChainHack 2026 event

Catenaa, Tuesday, January 13, 2026-Taisu Ventures, a global Web3 venture capital firm, announced Keio ChainHack 2026, a one-day pitch and hackathon co-hosted with the Keio FinTEK Center.

The event will bring together students, founders, academics, and investors to develop practical blockchain applications and on-chain economic systems.

Keio ChainHack 2026 is part of Taisu Ventures’ initiative to support early-stage builders addressing structural gaps in traditional industries through blockchain infrastructure, compliance, and real-world adoption. Participants can register at [luma.com](https://luma.com/e0pbv2og.

Taisu highlighted portfolio companies demonstrating Web3 solutions bridging regulated finance and decentralized systems.

Helix builds institutional infrastructure for tokenized assets and real-world assets (RWAs), supporting compliant issuance, custody, reporting, and distribution.

Projects include Malaysia tokenization with Kenanga and Saison Capital, Shariah-compliant invoice financing with SILQFi, and LATAM private credit pipelines via AmFi.

Lofty is creating a blockchain-based real estate exchange offering fractional ownership and continuous trading of properties.

The platform integrates sourcing, underwriting, execution, and management while enabling on-platform leverage for property-backed lending, replicating mortgage-like economics on-chain.

Pruv, Indonesia’s first licensed platform for permissionless RWA issuance, uses hybrid blockchain architecture and cross-chain asset integration to provide regulated, yield-bearing digital assets.

The company received formal approval following over two years of regulatory engagement.

Taisu Ventures emphasized its active support for founders beyond capital, including talent development, academic-industry collaboration, and early experimentation in regulated blockchain systems.

Keio ChainHack 2026 reflects this approach by fostering innovation at the intersection of blockchain technology, finance, and compliance.
